Gibraltar Betting and Gaming Association is the main governing authority that is responsible for all gambling activity in the territory of Gibraltar. The Gibraltar Commission does not approve license applicants easily. In order to obtain a license, you need to have previously obtained any license from a different gambling regulator. In addition, the GBGA Commission requires proof of positive feedback as a gambling provider, as well as a solid financial report with a clear business plan.
The fee for license type B2C is £100.000, while for B2Bs the fee is £85.000. Furthermore, the B2B license has a £100.000 annual fee, which is mandatory regardless of income.
