I have problems with FGfox Casino from 24-06-2022.
– false conditions regarding payout. only possible with crypto.. (no bank)
– after indicating that you are a gambling addict, do not close your account immediately. result, play away profit ( 1800 euros )
– email every day that they are working on the problem, after 3 months still the same answer (who don’t have new info yet)
– lying about everything
– do not comply with Dutch law and regulations.
– after indicating that I want to stop due to addiction, try to keep me with a bonus.
– I demand the full return of my bet.
