One of the global leaders in providing online gambling services, LeoVegas, signs a three-year partnership deal with one of the biggest football clubs in Italy and consequently the world, FC Inter Milan.
The news about the partnership between the two behemoths of their respective industries comes in the midst of a period of uncertainty for the Italian football giants after their new shirt sponsor, DigitalBits, failed to make the monthly payments that were part of the initial agreement signed before the start of the new season.
According to Calcio e Finanza, Italy’s top media outlet on news regarding football finances, the new partnership deal between FC Inter and LeoVegas should bring the club from Milan €3 million per season, starting from the already ongoing 2022/2023 season.
While both parties decided not to disclose any further details regarding the financial aspects of the partnership, according to details disclosed by Calcio e Finanza, Inter will get a total of €9 million for the duration of the three-year partnership.
From here, being that LeoVegas will become the official Infotainment Partner of FC Inter, the online gambling provider will get exclusive access to advertising on the Giuseppe Meazza stadium, the home ground of the Italian football club.
More specifically, this means that LeoVegas will have its logo featured on the on-court LED panels during the home games of FC Inter, in addition to the LeoVegas logo appearing at the Angelo Moratti Sports Center located just outside Appiano Gentile, the official training grounds of the Italian football giants.
